I had Amaretto ice cream an fell in love! I wanted everyone to experience this so it’s made purely from the almond extract, not liqeur. It’s rich and so smooth you have to try it!
Sponge cake is my favourite this time of year. The addition of cranberries adds tanginess and a vibrant red!
