We do not have an actual storefront for you to come in and purchase items, however there are three retailer outlets to choose from.

Why am I seeing certain flavors on the website one month, but it is unavailable via the website when I try to order it the following month?
Some of the flavors we offer are seasonal; this means it will only be sold for a month period before we remove the items and introduce New flavors.
Can I change the ice cream flavor for my ice cream cake?
All cake flavors are standard for all of our cakes.
Can I customize my ice cream cake order?
You can add a short greeting to the order, however the cake flavor and ice cream flavor remains standard.
Why does each retailer carry a different price at their location.
Each retailer determines their own selling prices based on their Individual business cost and pricing structures, causing the prices to vary.
Can I place an order on the website and collect at the retailer outlet?
We currently do not offer the option to place orders through the website for collection at the retailer outlets.
Can I just show up at the location in San Fernando to purchase ice cream without an online order?
It is recommended that you make a pre-order via the website before showing up at the San Fernando location to pick-up
Is this brand eggless?
All items made are eggless.
Delivery & Payment
Do you deliver on weekdays?
Deliveries are only done over the weekend.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes we do deliver to a vast number of locations, however there are areas we do not deliver to due to security and accessibility concerns, please see this listing via the website.
Where in Tobago is your product sold?
Our product is sold at the fairways.
Do you ship your products to Tobago?
We do not offer a shipping service to Tobago at this time.
If an order is placed today would i be able to get it the same day, or over the weekend?
Our system is a pre-order service.orders must be placed in advance, and availability for collection depends on the selected order date and the options provided during checkout.
Do you accept LINX upon delivery?
All payments must be made in advance via online banking or Direct Bank Transfer.
Cash exceptions are sometimes made once approved by management.
