A Trini Pavê is a festive masterpiece that brings a Caribbean twist to a classic Brazilian layered dessert. Creamy Sorrel ice cream is nestled between soft sponge cake pieces and ribbons of creamy Ponch de Creme sauce, creating a harmony of textures and flavours in every bite. Each year we have a flavours inspired by Brazilian and Portuguese holiday traditions. The roots of Sorvete.  A Pave is a wonderful no-bake layered dessert, usually made with a combination of cookies or biscuits and different creams and fruits or chocolate.
This is our first time layering ice cream in this way, giving a nod to tradition while celebrating a uniquely Trini flair. It’s indulgent, playful, and a Christmas treat unlike any other.
