Our take on a sorrel cheesecake, Sorvete style! We created this flavour last year and by far the best-seller Do yourself a favor and grab this one. A little sweet, tart, and ginger cookie creates the perfect balance of a little crunch. We use “The Kingdom Pot” Sorrel jam and it’s delicious!
